The Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 4073 -- A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §20-2-28a, relating to sportsman’s license, awarding a tax credit for lifetime hunting and fishing license to all volunteer firefighters upon 10 years of service
